Artcast designs and produces storytelling in multiple languages for arts, entertainment, marketing and tourism. We have an integrated approach to content creation, production, multimedia technology, operations, marketing and distribution.
We design and produce cinematic narratives that include storytelling, audio tours, professional podcasting, multimedia technology, visual, physical and tactile experiences. We are a boutique agency with roots in the arts and entertainment world. We are expert at creating content that educates, engages and entertains arts consumers.
Artcast Productions was launched in 2005 with the idea of partnering with city tourism bureaus to develop original podcast content to market exhibitions, events, destinations and attractions in cities.
Artcast pioneered the design, production and distribution of original podcast content to promote entertainment and tourism at a time when we had to explain what podcasting is and why brands should be interested in it.
Since 2001, Artcast principal, Cristina Woolrich has developed narrative, interpretation, multimedia technology, operations, touring, sales, marketing and distribution strategies for staffed, revenue generating blockbuster touring exhibitions in leading art and science museums and tourist destinations worldwide.
Cristina wanted to create a more flexible and entertainment focused content and multimedia technology solution for museums and touring museum exhibitions. In 2004 she partnered with a renowned french audio guide manufacturer and formed Artcast.
Artcast has gathered a group of standout talents to conceive, design, build, produce and promote visitor experiences, audio tours, professional podcasts and multimedia installations without equal.
We combine our insatiable appetite for visual art, storytelling, science, youth education, conservation and entertainment with 18 years of content production, client relationships, visitor operations, marketing, sales and strategic partnerships.

“We created the Oceania Cruises art collection audio tour and published a book, The Oceania Cruises Art Collection, at the request of our guests, who are really enamored by the artwork onboard Marina and Riviera. We hope the art tour will enhance the guest's appreciation of the collection by sharing what inspired the artist, and what attracted us to the pieces.”
Frank Del Rio, Founder, Oceania Cruises and CEO, Norwegian Cruise Lines
“The audio tours are up and running on both the Marina and Riviera and they are certainly a "hit" with the Guests. On sea days the tours are now operating at full capacity with the audio tour equipment holding up very well.” Bob Binder, President and CEO, Oceania Cruises
"I had the pleasure of working with Cristina Woolrich on the King Tut exhibitions. Cristina not only played a key role in the launch of the exhibition, she also spearheaded the content development and launch of the exhibition audio tour which has been the most successful audio tour program I have seen. Her creativity, industry knowledge, and incredible work ethic sets her apart in this industry."
Bryan Harris, Vice President Marketing, AEG Exhibitions
“Cristina Woolrich is a one-of-a-kind. Her impressive production and operations talents were the last pieces in the puzzle in the opening of our blockbuster Vatican exhibition. The lessons she taught our managers and staff remained long after her work ended. In sum, Cristina is an incredible asset to any production and our event would not have gone so smoothly without her.” Jeffrey Wyatt, VP Exhibitions, ClearChannel Entertainment
“From the first day our guests used the audio player, they have used the word AWESOME. I use the same word AWESOME to describe our experience working with Artcast Productions. The audio tour gives guests of all ages an opportunity to hear and feel the emotion behind what they see and read in the museum attraction. It takes the Titanic experience to a whole new level.”
